QZ500-4
Four-zone console with 500 A at 80 V DC, a ramping controller per zone and a DC ammeter with selector switch.
Mactech Stresstech portable heat treating consoles power on-site preheat and stress relief. Models run from four to eight independently controlled zones at 80 V DC, and the RA1006 adds remote monitoring over Wi-Fi or cell signal.

Stresstech consoles are portable power units for heat treating in the field. Each zone has its own ramping temperature controller, so several heat treating profiles can run at the same time, and the operator enters the soak temperature directly at the console. Solid-state controllers with no moving parts reduce wear.
The QZ500-4 delivers 500 A at 80 V DC across four independent zones. The QZ1000-6 is an 87 kVA console with 1000 A and six zones, and the QZ1500-8 is a 120 kVA console with 1500 A across eight zones of 300 A. On the larger consoles, the 80 V DC output lets crews weld and heat treat at the same time without an extra power supply.
The RA1006 remote access console handles temperatures from 0 °F to 2000 °F for stress relief, with local and remote control. Wi-Fi and cell connectivity let the operator monitor and adjust temperatures from a laptop terminal, and dual DC ammeters show the current draw per heating element.
All consoles have a removable control drawer for calibration and maintenance without shipping the whole unit, DC ammeters to monitor loads and indicator lights for energized zones.

The consoles heat and cool welds and parts in a controlled way to help prevent warps, cracks and failures.
