PGM-SD Standard Duty
Four configurations, 100 or 150 in rails with 50 or 75 in beams; up to 116 x 54.4 in travel, 6.5 in Z, hydraulic spindle.
Mactech industrial gantry mills bring 3-axis milling to the work site. The PGM-SD offers up to 116 in of X travel and 54.4 in of Y travel, and the heavy duty version extends its X axis in 4 ft sections for larger surfaces.

The gantry mills are built for on-site milling and machining, including tough worksites and tight spaces. Linear rails, precision ball screws and a rigid setup give the accuracy, and the lightweight design is easy to lift and position on site.
The PGM-SD standard duty mill comes with 100 in or 150 in X-axis rails and 50 in or 75 in Y-axis beams. X travel is 76.75 in or 116 in, Y travel is 40.4 in or 54.4 in, and Z travel is 6.5 in on all four configurations. Feeds run on 120 V and the spindle is hydraulic.
The heavy duty gantry mill has a modular X axis that extends in 4 ft sections, with Y-axis beams in 6, 9 and 12 ft lengths. Remote X and Y axis motor controls, adjustable jacking screws and support plates for quick leveling are part of the design, and custom sizes are available on request.
