MT4 LRA
4 in linear rail mill in x 24, x 36 and x 72 bed lengths; X travel 16.5 to 64.5 in, Y travel 5.5 in.
Mactech MT portable milling machines are 3-axis linear rail mills for close-tolerance milling, drilling and boring on site. They mount at any angle by welding, clamping, bolting or magnets, and the mill head flips for overhead work.

The MT mills are compact 3-axis linear rail machines for milling, drilling and boring on site. They are intended for large repair work where the equipment cannot be dismantled or moved, and the compact footprint fits restricted spaces.
Each mill can be welded, clamped, bolted or magnetically attached to the workpiece, in any orientation. The Y-Z axis is reversible, so it can be assembled on either side of the X axis, and the mill head flips for overhead milling. Power is electric, hydraulic or air, and custom tooling is available.
Three sizes make up the series. The MT4 LRA comes in x 24, x 36 and x 72 lengths with 16.5 to 64.5 in of X travel and 5.5 in of Y travel. The MT6 LRA comes in x 36 and x 72 with 27.5 or 64 in of X travel and 7 in of Y travel. The MT8 LRB comes in x 48, x 72, x 96 and x 120 with 36 to 108 in of X travel and 8.5 in of Y travel.

6 in linear rail mill in x 36 and x 72 bed lengths; X travel 27.5 or 64 in, Y travel 7 in.

8 in linear rail mill in x 48, x 72, x 96 and x 120 bed lengths; X travel 36 to 108 in, Y travel 8.5 in.
