Overview

Large cuts from a compact saw

The cut-off diamond wire saw is built for surface and underwater use and gives large cuts in a small footprint. It is compact and lightweight, so it is easy to handle in tight spaces and quick to maneuver, and it is designed to be diver-friendly and easy to set up for marine work.

Three models are available. The DWS-16co-SS cuts from 4.5 in to 16 in and weighs 210 lb (95 kg) dry. The DWS-24co-SS cuts from 10 in to 24 in and weighs 320 lb (145 kg) dry. A 24 in ROV cut-off saw completes the range.

Both SS models run on 15 gpm at 3000 psi of drive hydraulics, with hydraulic feed and clamp. Underwater, a surface-fed hose reel allows work to 550 ft, and hydraulic ROV versions can operate to 10,000 ft. An ROV package is available for remote underwater operations.
