Dual pin drill frame with two drill units and hydraulic hoses on a wheeled cart in a workshop
The Mactech dual pin portable drill cuts holes through casing and conductors from 6 in to 36 in diameter. Opposing drills cut from both sides at once, and a thru-spindle coolant system flushes debris to protect tool life.

The dual pin drill is built for fast cuts on large casing jobs. In the dual pin configuration, opposing drills on hinged brackets cut from both sides at once, which reduces repositioning, and the dual-pin setup anchors the machine in place for stable drilling up to 36 in.
Two configurations cover the range. The single pin setup drills one side of pipe from 6 in to 18 in, and the dual pin setup drills both sides of pipe from 16 in to 36 in. Both have 21 in of stroke and a feed of 0.10 in per handwheel revolution.
Two hydraulic motor options are offered, one for speed up to 394 rpm and one for torque up to 390 ft-lb. The high-strength stainless steel spindle takes standard threaded hole saws, and the thru-spindle coolant keeps debris flushed and limits build-up.
