Overview

Manual blasting with room to load

Rösler VB-Systems are manual shot blasting units with large access doors on both sides, which make loading and unloading easy. They are offered as an injector blasting version (VB S) and a pressure blasting version (VB P), in multiple sizes and configurations.

The modular design allows add-ons such as turntables and rotating baskets. Options include automatic nozzle movement, extended abrasive preparation and additional wear protection. A special rubber coating protects against wear and reduces noise, and an optional loading station with loading cart and a motorized turntable are available.

For large and/or heavy parts, the customized VB 250 P Large is loaded outside the booth onto a rotary table on a swivel arm, which turns manually or by motor.
