Overview
From the workshop bench to heavy duty production
The SP manual cabinet is built for small workshops, laboratories and small repair work, with strength and long service life in mind. Key components are chosen to keep the finished product at a high quality level. The welded frame houses the dust collector, so the unit is compact. The SP1311 can also be fitted with a pressure vessel.
The P-S model is built for heavy duty, high volume work and can be used manually or automatically with optional accessories. Its structure is reinforced for heavy parts, the chamber walls are lined with 3 mm rubber sheets against wear and noise, and it works with corundum, glass beads, ceramic beads, plastic granulates and nut shells.
The PP-SS has the same chamber dimensions as the P-S and a single pressure vessel. The PP-SC also has a single pressure vessel and is designed for metallic shot, which is too heavy for the PP-SS vacuum system, or for high shot flow rates.
On the heavy duty models the cabin lighting sits on the roof, away from the operator window and behind safety glass. PP-SS and PP-SC cabinets can be built to customer requirements, with special accessories, custom chamber dimensions and several operator stations.
