Rösler ALS-Systems are robotic shot blast machines for processing very large and heavy parts. Robot control gives high accuracy and repeatability.
The large, motorized, L-shaped main door opens the entire front area and the roof. Parts are loaded directly into the blast cabin with an overhead crane.
The system can be equipped with robots, side lances and a vertical or horizontal rotary table, so parts can be processed in any position. This makes it suitable for numerous processing methods.
