Overview

Precise blasting of large structural components

The Rösler ATV system is a continuous shot blast machine with vertical parts transport, designed for processing large structural components, for example in aerospace applications.

A vertical transport frame is moved inside the machine by a CNC motor, which ensures high accuracy. One or two robots can blast on each side of the work piece.

Several transport frames can be buffered in front of the system. Loading and unloading take place outside the machine, so loading and shot blasting can run at the same time for continuous processing.
