Rösler ARD type swing door systems are precise and automated blast machines for satellites or work piece holders. The swivel door carries a rotary table, several satellites and work piece fixtures.
Loading and unloading take place while another part is being processed. This keeps the productivity of the system high with little idle time.
The ARD is suitable for wet or dry blasting. The blasting process and the satellite position are both highly accurate and reproducible, and there are extensive options for process monitoring and automation.
