Rösler Vacjet S or P is a mobile manual blasting system for on-site work on very large or immobile parts. A ring-shaped blasting gun with a vacuum brush recovers the blast media for reuse.

Overview
Blasting on site where the part cannot move
The mobile Rösler Vacjet systems are designed for on-site work on very large, immobile parts, such as in railroad, aerospace, energy or shipbuilding applications. They are the mobile solution for parts that are too large or cannot be moved.
A ring-shaped blasting gun with a vacuum brush around the blast nozzle recovers the blast media directly and returns it for reuse. An integrated blast media preparation system with a filter unit treats the media.
The Vacjet is available as a pressure or injection blasting system. It is purely pneumatic, so one compressed air connection is enough, and a hose holding system relieves the operator.
