Rösler ATT-Systems are compact shot blast machines for heavy work pieces in CNC or robot operation. A motorized loading cart with a rotary table moves the parts out of the blast chamber for ergonomic loading.

Overview
Heavy parts on a rotary table cart
The Rösler ATT line is a compact shot blast system for handling heavy work pieces with little effort. It can be fitted with CNC axes or robots, and different blast nozzle movements can be integrated.
A motorized loading cart carries the rotary table. When the cart moves out of the blast chamber, the work pieces can be cleaned and unloaded ergonomically. Loading and unloading are done by overhead crane.
A separate blow-off area with protective walls, an inflatable door seal for dust containment and extensive process monitoring options complete the system.
