PTR-S-R rotating satellites machine
Robot-driven nozzles, up to three peening robots and a main table with 2 or 4 satellites separated by walls.
ITF PTR-S-R and SSR rotating satellite machines blast and peen sensitive parts one at a time with any kind of shot, on an indexed main table, with robot or gantry-driven nozzles and a double pressure vessel.

The PTR-S-R and SSR are rotating satellite shot blasting machines designed to treat sensitive parts one at a time with any kind of shot. In both models a main indexed table moves the parts into and out of the blasting chamber.
On the PTR-S-R the nozzles are driven by a robot, and the machine can be equipped with up to three robots for peening. The main table carries 2 or 4 satellites, with a wall between the sections that stops media leakage and keeps noise away from the operator. One station is used for loading and unloading while the opposite one blasts or peens.
On the SSR the nozzles can be fixed or moved by gantry robots, and a swivelling arm can drive them along the full height of the chamber. In both models a double pressure vessel gives an uninterrupted shot flow, and each vessel outlet can carry magnetic valves to check the flow.

Fixed nozzles or nozzles moved by gantry robots, with a swivelling arm covering the full chamber height.
Both models are built for sensitive parts that are blasted or peened one at a time.
