Overview
Cabinets that grow into automatic cells
The semi-automatic range covers four compressed air blasting cabinet models: P-S, P-SC, PP-SS and PP-SC. All of them are designed for automatic solutions and become suitable for automatic operation when additional accessories are fitted.
Parts can be handled by rotating tables, double roller conveyors, automatic trolleys or indexed satellites. The nozzles can be moved by a linear axis gantry with one to three axes, or by a robot.
The P-SC and PP-SC versions are used for metallic shot media, which are too heavy for the vacuum system of the base models, or for machines with a high number of nozzles. The PP-SS and PP-SC carry a single pressure vessel of 80, 150 or 300 litres for short processes, or a double pressure vessel for continuous blasting.
