Robot blasting inside and outside the part
Rösler AST-Systems are compact robotic blast machines with an ergonomic system design. They are made for blasting both the external and the internal surfaces of work pieces, and the robot can process the parts with various tools.
The motorized rotary table sits on an electric swivel arm, so parts are loaded and unloaded outside the machine. For internal processing, satellites and/or a vertical lance can be added to the rotary table, and a separate internal blast lance handles long work pieces. Extensive process monitoring options are available.
