Overview
Long parts blasted in one continuous pass
The PRP-H is an automatic shot blasting machine in continuous flow, designed to treat long parts in pass-through mode with any kind of shot. A main roller conveyor carries the parts into and out of the blasting chamber.
The nozzles are driven by a 2-axis gantry arm that follows the profile of the part. The number of nozzles depends on the production rate and the part geometry. Injection and pressure blasting technologies can both be installed.
The machine suits manual loading and unloading, and it can be fitted with automatic handling such as a walking beam or roller conveyors, depending on the process line. An optional manual blasting station inside the chamber allows touch-ups.
