Overview
A standard cabinet that loads from the front
The RSK is a flexible and compact standard blast cabinet. A large front sliding door makes loading and unloading easy, also with a crane or a forklift. It is built in two versions: the RSKI for abrasive injector blasting and the RSKD for pressure blasting.
Injector nozzles are connected directly to the blast media hopper, and high pressure with strong blast media acceleration gives a high blasting intensity. A steeply angled inspection window keeps dust build-up low, and a cartridge dust collector is integrated.
The modular design allows add-ons such as rotary tables and rotating baskets. Options include automatic nozzle movement, extended blast media preparation and additional wear protection. Both versions are available for manual or automated operation.
