Overview
A compact cabinet for tumbling small batches
The A-AP models are designed as a compact solution for parts in tumbling movement, for small batches or low production rates. The chamber holds an octagonal rotating basket in a frame that can be removed easily from the cabinet.
A series of nozzles can be fitted to reach the required cycle time, using either pressure or Venturi blasting technology. For longer cycle times a double pressure vessel can be installed.
The electrical cabinet has two timers, one for blasting and one for blow-off, and a frequency converter regulates the rotating speed of the basket.
