Overview
Finishing, washing and drying in one unit
The Rösler WTA washing and drying systems combine the finishing of small or mass-produced parts with cleaning and drying in one compact unit. This reduces manual parts handling between process steps.
Part-on-part finishing needs no media, which keeps the process low in cost. Both rotary vibrator and centrifugal systems are available, and both discharge the work pieces completely, either by tilting the work bowl or through a bottom discharge.
The systems are used for rounding, smoothing, polishing, cleaning and de-oiling. An optional acid-proof design also makes them suitable for pickling.
