Pallets indexed through every washing station
ITF pallet conveyor index part washers clean workpieces of different shapes with targeted spray nozzles and pallet back-feeding. A chain transfer moves pallets carrying one or more parts through the working stations. The washing stations can be fixed or mobile, and drying is done with hot air or vacuum. Chemical, thermal and mechanical action are combined in a high pressure washing process that removes the contaminants.
In the LT-PP step-by-step tunnel, a loop configuration returns the pallets automatically to the loading and unloading areas. Indexing is available as an option, to link the machine to just-in-time automatic lines. The LT-PL floating pallet tunnel makes the most of the number of pallets while keeping loading and unloading flexible, and can be installed in-line or off-line.
ITF runs a Testing Center for process simulations and quality checks. Engineering proposals follow once the customer approves the test results.
