The ITF rotating satellites parts washer is a step-by-step positioned washing system with transfer chain. It lets you process parts directly on board the work islands, avoiding costly packing and transport operations.
The parts are transferred by a system of rotating satellites, moved by a mechanical drive that positions each satellite at the loading and unloading point. Piece holders can be customized and the spray and blowing ramps repositioned, so a full retooling takes about 15 minutes.
The satellites can rotate on their vertical axis, and the cycle can include a rinsing phase. The number of satellites is selectable, and each system is customized to the parts, which are treated with aqueous detergent solutions.
