Robot arm inside the washing cell holding a part above a treatment lance station
The ITF Gladiator robotized washer cleans, degreases and deburrs parts up to 210 kg with high pressure water jets, then rinses and dries them in one plant, with the parts held in the wrist of 1 or 2 robots.

The ITF Gladiator is a parts-in-wrist robotized washer for high pressure deburring. It cleans and degreases the surfaces of the parts and removes contaminants from blind and through holes, pockets, anchors and interior and exterior surfaces. The plant is designed for washing, high pressure flushing, rinsing and drying.
An anthropomorphic IP67 robot inserts the parts into the different treatment lances and extracts them again. The working chambers are arranged vertically, which keeps the work space compact. A step-by-step linear conveyor driven by a gearmotor moves the parts from station to station, and drying is done by a vacuum process outside the robot's process chamber.
Loading and unloading are done by an operator or by an automation system, at two adjacent but separate positions that can be configured. Because the conveyor is pallet based, production changes only need a change of pallets. Floating pallets can also be used, with the washer integrated into a flexible pallet system co-designed with an automation company.
The robot brings each part to the treatment lances, so complex shapes are cleaned without reassembling the washing jets.
