Clean parts before and after finishing
Rösler industrial cleaning systems remove release agents, oils, chips and abrasion from work pieces. Rösler focuses on aqueous spray cleaning, with continuous cleaning systems and drum cleaning systems for use together with blast or mass finishing equipment.
The systems are coordinated to meet standardized cleanliness specifications. Options range from classic continuous cleaners for automated lines to multi-functional mass finishing systems that combine cleaning, pickling, neutralizing, smoothing, polishing and drying in one automated sequence.
Rösler also makes its own cleaning solutions, which are compatible with its mass finishing compounds. Work pieces can often go straight into mass finishing without drying, and many cleaners work at lower wash temperatures to save energy.
