ULTRAFLEX - MANUAL
Manual ultrasonic immersion tank. Parts are placed directly in the tub or in a basket lowered into it.
ITF manual and semi-automatic ultrasonic tanks wash parts of many types and shapes by immersion, using water-based detergents and ultrasonic transducers that automatically adjust cavitation across the bath.

The ITF ultrasonic immersion tank is suitable for washing parts of various types and shapes. Ultrasonic transducers are installed in the tank and can be flanged or immersible, as the customer chooses. The ultrasound system uses preset data and the transducer to adjust cavitation automatically across the whole wash bath.
The cavitation bubbles created by the ultrasonic waves reach the surface and the hidden corners of the part, where they collapse and loosen the dirt. The process is water based, with water-based detergents and ultrasound.
Parts go directly into the tank or into a basket placed in it. For heavier loads or a higher level of automation, a pneumatic cylinder can insert and remove the part or the basket. Loosened dirt either settles on the tank bottom and is drained through a large-diameter cleaning valve, or stays suspended and is skimmed off by a ramp that keeps the surface clean, which can be connected to a filter system.
