Overview
All baskets move one station forward together
The ITF Multitransfer is an automatic ultrasonic cleaning line for multiple baskets. The basket holders move progressively by a transfer chariot controlled by a PLC, on a rail built with components suited to the needs of the system.
The MULTITRANSFER system uses a stainless steel bar that moves all the baskets at once: from the loading station, through the tanks, to the next treatment station and on to the unloading station. In its vertical movement, the system inserts the baskets into the different tank positions and lifts them out again.
The runways are made of extruded bars with special profiles, hardened by oxidation for long-term resistance and designed for pick and place handling. The carriage and the vertical bar slide in high-precision guides with inclined roller supports and five-year lubrication.
