Washing right at the work island
The ITF positioned jets parts washer is a step-by-step washing system with a rotary table. It lets you process parts directly on board the work islands, avoiding costly packing and transport operations.
The parts are transferred by rotating satellites. A mechanical rotary table moves the satellites and positions each one at the loading and unloading point. The piece holders can be customized and the spray and blowing ramps can be repositioned, so a full retooling of the plant takes about 15 minutes.
The satellites can rotate on their vertical axis, and the cycle can include a rinsing phase. The plants treat parts with aqueous detergent solutions.
