Stack of thin wooden lamellas cut from a block, seen from the end grain
The Möhringer CANALI Revolution cuts thin lamellas with a kerf of only 0.4 mm and saves up to 30% of material compared with conventional thincutting band saws. Vacuum fixation guides each workpiece exactly.

Where thin lamellas must be produced from valuable raw material, the CANALI Revolution saves up to 30% of material compared with conventional thincutting band saws. A new patented sawing procedure, with the matching tools supplied as a full package from one source, makes the kerf of only 0.4 mm possible, with high precision and high surface quality.
An infeed system with vacuum fixation guides the workpiece exactly during sawing and offers the user comfort of a machine tool. Production cycles run automatically, cutting thickness and cutting length are preselected, and workpieces are clamped quickly and securely.
The saw is made for thin lamellas from valuable wood.
