Resaw ML 1.250
Vertical band resaw with 1250 mm wheel diameter, 150 mm maximum wheel width and 45 kW drive.
Möhringer band resaws come in vertical, horizontal and tilted versions, as stand-alone machines or in Twin, Triple and Quad lines. A modular design lets every saw size work with every infeed device, in right- or left-hand form.

Band resaws are offered in vertical, horizontal and tilted versions with various infeed and outfeed systems. Besides the stand-alone machine, Twin, Triple and Quad lines can be configured. All machines have a sturdy frame, and wheel width and drive capacity are matched to each application.
The design is modular: mostly identical parts are used across the vertical, horizontal and tilted versions, every saw size can be combined with every infeed device, and each resaw and infeed device is available as a right-hand or left-hand design. The infeed device handles resaw, centre and diagonal cuts, with roller heights of 200 to 500 mm and up to 10 driven rollers.
The vertical Resaw ML series covers ML 1.100 (120 mm wheel width, 37 kW), ML 1.250 (1250 mm wheel, 150 mm, 45 kW), ML 1.400 (1400 mm wheel, 160 mm with 55 kW or 180 mm with 75 kW), ML 1.600 (1600 mm wheel, 240 mm, 90 kW) and ML 1.800 (1800 mm wheel, 280 mm, 110 kW). The TB 1.100 Unimaster 2 is a universal machine for prismatic timber, with diagonal sawing on request.
The horizontal band resaw offers passage widths up to 2000 mm for separating heavy timber such as glued timber, and an inclined version separates the sawn pieces automatically. Special applications include separating polystyrene, mineral fibre boards, plastics, cork boards and cardboard.

The same modular resaw platform covers sawmill, planing mill and special cuts.

The TB 1.100 Unimaster 2 resaws prismatic timber, with diagonal sawing on request.
Horizontal resaws with up to 2000 mm passage separate heavy timber such as glued timber.
The inclined horizontal version separates the sawn pieces automatically.
Polystyrene, mineral fibre boards, plastics, cork boards and cardboard can also be separated.
