Overview
Single and double arbour circular saws
The circular saw range can be set up as an all-round machine or a high-capacity saw, with automatic centring infeed or with laser scanning and computer-optimised alignment. The machines work on the telescope principle with up to 6 movable saw heads and servo-hydraulic positioning.
The Circular Resaw MN-200 is a single arbour machine with automatic centring and feeding and a maximum cutting depth of 200 mm. Its upper saw shaft cuts from the top with up to 6 movable saw heads, and fixed saws can be added to the outer heads to cut boards or laths. The Circular Resaw SH 225-6 is a single arbour machine with 225 mm maximum cutting depth and up to 6 movable saw heads on the telescope principle.
The Circular Saw DK-400 is a double arbour high-capacity unit with 400 mm maximum cutting depth. Lower and upper saw shafts cut in counter-cutting, each with up to 6 movable saw heads, and an outfeed table with servo-hydraulic setting separates main and side products.
On all models the blades are adjusted by servo hydraulics. On the MN-200 and SH 225-6, riving knives with a freely programmable servo-hydraulic setting separate main and side products.

Single arbour resawing
The MN-200 and SH 225-6 resaw cants up to 200 or 225 mm deep with top-cutting saw heads.
Double arbour sawing
The DK-400 cuts up to 400 mm deep with upper and lower saw shafts in counter-cutting.
Boards and laths
Fixed saws on the outer saw heads of the MN-200 cut boards or laths in the same pass.
Laser-optimised infeed
Laser scanning and computer-optimised alignment can replace the centring infeed.
