Overview
Heated pressing of blockboard panels
The P-111 and PLS are semi-automatic plants for producing blockboard from wooden strips. In both models the platen moves from the bottom upwards and is heated by diathermic oil.
They handle material from 15 to 50 mm thick, and lower thicknesses are available on request.

What the plants produce
Both models are built to glue strips into solid wood panels.
Hot gluing of strips
The diathermic oil heated platen presses the strips while the glue sets.
Thin panels
Panels below 15 mm thick can be produced on request.
