Overview
Glue application ahead of the press
The SA 4/130 is a four-roller glue spreader that can be joined to all kinds of table presses for panels. Its four rollers allow fine dosing and even distribution of the glue. It comes in 1300, 1400 and 1600 mm useful widths, works panels up to 100 mm thick and spreads with two 210 mm rollers coated with synthetic anti-acid rubber, at 22 m/min with a 1.5 HP motor.
The SA 2/130 is a two-roller glue spreader for table presses in panel production, with precisely adjustable glue rates. It comes in 400, 600, 1000, 1300 and 1600 mm working widths, with other widths on request, works panels up to 100 mm thick and spreads with two 185 mm rubber-coated rollers at 18 m/min with a 0.5 HP motor.
