PF 120
Platen moving from the bottom upwards: tables 1600 x 800 mm or 2000/2500 x 1000 mm, 4 or 6 cylinders Ø 70-85 mm.
STETON cold presses for wood bending shape bent multilayer boards and solid wood in moulds. Platens with machined beams and gaps hold the moulds, and three models cover tables from 1600 x 800 mm to 2600 x 1300 mm.

These cold presses make bent multilayer boards and bend solid wood. The platens are made of machined beams with gaps for fixing the moulds, and the structure uses widened electro-welded profiles.
Platen movement is balanced by racks, toothed wheels and guides sliding on self-lubricating uprights. The hydraulic cylinders are made of steel for mechanical use to a STETON design, with fully interchangeable seals; on the /A models the chromed piston rods slide on anti-friction bushings lubricated by the press oil.
The PF 120 has a platen moving from the bottom upwards, tables of 1600 x 800 mm or 2000/2500 x 1000 mm and 4 or 6 cylinders of 70-85 mm. The PF 120/A and PF 150/A have a platen moving from the top downwards with double-effect cylinders: the PF 120/A has a 2500 x 1200 mm table, 1150 mm maximum opening and 6 cylinders of 100/70 mm, while the PF 150/A has a 2600 x 1300 mm table, 8 cylinders plus 4 side cylinders, all 100 mm.
Different versions and sizes are available on request.
