Overview
Vertical and horizontal pressure for glued strip beams
The PTL press is mainly used to produce strip beams for structures and door and window elements made from glued strips.
It works with 3000 to 6000 mm working lengths and a 1300 mm standard working width, with other widths on request. The standard daylight is 150 mm, and higher or lower openings are available on request.
Vertical pressure of 1.5 to 4.5 kg/cm² comes from 6 to 16 cylinders of 100 mm diameter, and horizontal pressure of 10 kg/cm² from 8 to 16 cylinders of 60 mm diameter.
