Overview
Lengthwise feeding for long panels
The PCL lines are lengthwise through-feed press lines with automatic loading and unloading of panels. Material enters from the short side, the press opens with a top mobile platen, and each line consists of a powered loading table, a pressing station and an unloading table.
The PCL/P has a heavy-duty pantograph structure, 1400, 1550 or 1900 x 3500 mm useful dimensions, 8, 10, 12 or 15 vertical cylinders of 100 mm and total thrusts of 220, 260, 330, 410, 430 or 650 t, with specific pressures from 4.5 to 11 kg/cm².
The PCL/T has a welded-beam structure, 1300 x 3000, 3500 or 4500 mm useful dimensions, 6, 8 or 10 vertical cylinders of 85 mm with a 150 mm stroke, 120, 160 or 200 t total thrust and a 27 or 36 kW electric boiler.
Different versions and sizes are available on request.

Panels run from the powered loading table through the press to the unloading table.

The PCL/T takes useful lengths up to 4500 mm with a 1300 mm width.
High-pressure pressing
The PCL/P reaches up to 650 t total thrust and 11 kg/cm² specific pressure.
