STETON PCT press lines load and unload panels automatically, feeding them crosswise from the long side. Each line has a powered loading table, a pressing station and an unloading table, in three models: PCT/I, PCT/T and PCT/P.

Overview
Automatic crosswise loading through the press
The PCT lines are crosswise through-feed press lines with automatic loading and unloading of panels, and the material enters from the long side of the press. Each line consists of a powered loading table, a pressing station and an unloading table.
The PCT/I opens with a bottom mobile platen and the PCT/T with a top mobile platen. Both use a welded-beam structure, 2500, 3000 or 3500 x 1300 mm useful dimensions, 6, 8 or 10 vertical cylinders of 85 mm with a 150 mm stroke, 120, 160 or 200 t total thrust and an 18 or 27 kW electric boiler.
The PCT/P has a top mobile platen and a heavy-duty pantograph structure. It offers useful widths of 1300, 1550 or 1900 mm on 2500, 3000 or 3500 mm lengths, 6 to 12 vertical cylinders of 100 mm, 5 to 6 kg/cm² specific pressure and total thrusts from 140 to 320 t.

Automatic panel pressing
Panels move on the powered loading table into the press and out to the unloading table without manual handling.
Wide panels
The PCT/P takes useful widths up to 1900 mm for larger panel formats.
Higher pressure work
The PCT/P reaches 5-6 kg/cm² specific pressure with 100 mm cylinders.
