P-190
Top mobile platen press for moulded polyurethane foam: 3100 x 1400 mm steel-slot platens, 8 cylinders 100/70 mm, 800 mm stroke, 4.38 kg/cm².
STETON hydraulic cold presses glue and finish MDF, OSB, chipboard, multilayer panels, doors and parquet. The range covers standard presses, split mobile platens, a P-190 mould press and the PFM 220/SC long-table parquet press.

STETON cold presses are used in the wood, aeronautics, automotive, plastics and leather industries. Their main use is finishing the surfaces of MDF, OSB, chipboard and multilayer panels, doors and parquet, as well as special work. Standard presses come with 2500 or 3000 x 1200 mm tables and a 450 mm cylinder stroke, with 650 mm as an option.
Presses with a split mobile platen divide the moving platen into 2 or 3 parts that work fully independently, at the bottom or at the top. They use 2500, 3000 or 3500 x 1300 mm tables, up to 60 t thrust and 70 or 85 mm cylinders. The top-moving version opens wider than the standard 450 mm, so more panels can be pressed per cycle, and retractable rollers on the fixed lower table can ease loading and unloading.
The P-190 is a hydraulic cold press with a top mobile platen for moulded polyurethane foam pieces. Its 3100 x 1400 mm platens carry a slot made of solid steel for fixing moulds. The PFM 220/SC is a cold press for parquet with an upper mobile table loaded from the short side, a 6000 x 500 mm table and 220 t total thrust. A cold pressing line for parquet is also offered, with a maximum specific pressure over 10 kg/cm².
Dimensions and equipment can be adapted to the customer's needs on request.
