Overview

A multi-purpose machine for homogeneous surfaces

The Rösler RDGE wire mesh belt blast machine is a true multi-talent for homogenizing surfaces. It is used for de-sanding, deburring, roughening, cleaning and descaling long, flat or voluminous parts. Small parts that are not suitable for roller tables, such as castings, flame-cut parts or car body parts, can also be blasted.

The parts are transported through the machine on a high-strength, endless wire mesh belt. The standard design has four turbines, up to a maximum of eight, mounted horizontally on the housing. The lower turbines blast through only one belt layer, which reduces blast shadows.

The machines are common in foundries and forge shops, and are also used for roughening and deburring flame-cut parts, steel structures and die castings.
