Overview
Sheets, profiles and structures on one conveyor
The roller conveyor blasting machine is designed to work flat products such as sheets, profiles or structures. The blasting chamber is lined inside with wear plates and carries the turbines.
For flat products and profiles, the turbines are on the roof and floor of the chamber. For structures, the cabin is taller and turbines are also mounted on the sides.
An inlet vestibule with rubber or polyurethane curtains lets the pieces move through continuously without grit or shot escaping. The outlet vestibule can use blowers or rotating brushes to clear grit from the pieces. The roller conveyors are sized for loading and unloading the pieces.
