Sloped hoppers of an ITF dust collector discharging into yellow collecting boxes
ITF Dust Collectors are cartridge filter units for shot blasting machines and other industrial sectors, with a welded filter chamber, a calm chamber for heavy dust and automatic compressed air cleaning of each cartridge.

ITF developed a series of dust collectors for shot blasting machines and for other industrial sectors. The welded construction gives full access to the filtering chamber.
The chamber holds a maximum of two lines of cartridges. This layout makes maintenance easier and means operators do not need to enter the chamber. A calm chamber separates heavy dust from the air before it reaches the cartridges, which reduces cartridge wear.
Steeply sloped hoppers below the chamber help the dust fall. Each hopper outlet can take a collecting box, a rotary valve with big bag for high dust volumes, or a screw conveyor that gathers the dust at one point.
Each cartridge has its own compressed air tank on top. Cleaning starts when the differential pressure switch reaches a selectable limit. At a higher limit the unit gives an alarm and stops, showing that the cartridges are clogged and need replacing.
The series is built for blasting plants and can also serve other industrial sectors.

A rotary valve with big bag at the hopper outlet handles large amounts of dust.
A screw conveyor collects the dust from all hoppers at one point.
The same dust collector series is also suitable for industrial uses outside blasting.
