Y-shaped yellow beam with hook trolley above an ITF hanger blast cabin
ITF Hanger Shot Blasting Machines blast parts hung on hooks inside a wear-lined cabin, where the hook swings and rotates in front of side-wall turbines, loaded through a double-hinged door by trolley.

Hanger type shot blasting machines have a cabin sized to the workload, lined inside with wear-resistant material. The turbines are mounted on one of the two side walls, and the number of turbine wheels depends on the cabin dimensions.
Parts are loaded and unloaded through a double-hinged door. They hang from hooks, directly or through a holder, and are carried by a manual or motorized trolley.
Inside the cabin the hook can swing into several positions and rotate through a system mounted on the cabin roof. This two-way movement gives full blasting coverage. The trolleys run on a straight beam with one hook or a Y-shaped beam with two hooks.
The machines are set up around how the parts hang and move in and out of the cabin.
