Small metal parts tumbling in the belt of an ITF tumble belt blasting machine
ITF Tumble Belt Shot Blasting Machines are batch machines for medium-small parts in bulk, with a hydraulic skip loader, a U-shaped belt that mixes the parts and turbines on the cabin roof.

These batch barrel type blasting machines process medium-small parts in bulk. A hydraulically operated skip loader charges the parts automatically.
The belt has a special U-shaped profile that collects the parts and mixes them as it rotates. The turbines are mounted on the cabin roof, so the blast streams hit the parts directly.
At the end of blasting, the belt keeps turning to empty the grit from the parts. It then reverses and unloads the parts onto a discharge conveyor or a vibrating conveyor. Several loading and unloading systems are available.
The machines are built for medium-small parts processed in bulk batches.
