Overview
One-piece flow with precise single-part blasting
Rösler turning chamber blast machines cover rotary table, satellite table and swing chamber designs. They are built for larger work pieces, often with complex structures, and blast single components in a one-piece flow, in chambers, in separated segments or on satellites.
The RST and RWK systems blast one work piece while another is loaded and unloaded, which reduces idle time. Both can run as standalone machines or be integrated into production lines.
Typical tasks are shot peening, deburring, cleaning, roughening and creating homogeneous surfaces. A modern PLC control with storable recipes, powerful drives and efficient dust extraction keep cycle times short.
