Overview

Fixed table, moving column, fully enclosed

SHARK is a high-accuracy machining centre with a fixed table and moving column, built for structural rigidity and easy access. The vertical and cross axes use precision ball screws, and the longitudinal axis uses a double water-cooled motor-reducer group. The column, saddle and ram are large, ribbed and symmetrical.

A fully enclosed housing and an operator cabinet built into the column give a clear view of the work while protecting from chips and water. Mill/turn rotary tables, dividers, tailstocks, squares, clamping cubes and several working-area configurations are available, with TMT, TVE, TET, TWE and TUBE heads.

SHARK offers 3,000 to 6,000 mm longitudinal, 1,200 to 1,400 mm cross and 1,600 mm vertical travels, feeds up to 30,000 mm/min and a spindle of up to 50 kW, 750 Nm and 22,000 rpm. SHARK ONE is the compact model for limited spaces, with 2,500 to 6,000 mm longitudinal, 1,050 mm cross and 1,200 mm vertical travels, feeds up to 40,000 mm/min and up to 50 kW, 400 Nm and 22,000 rpm.
