Atlas Vision P, fixed crossrail
Bridge-type planomiller with two fixed columns and a moving table. Table length 3000 to 8000 mm, X travel 4000 to 9000 mm.
Innse-Berardi Atlas Vision is a line of high-speed vertical milling centers with linear guideways. Planomiller, gantry and upper-guideway gantry versions share core components through the Flexible Design Concept.

Atlas Vision is the Innse-Berardi line of high-speed vertical milling centers with linear guideways, built for a wide range of machining operations. With the Flexible Design Concept, the machine is offered in different layouts while the core components stay the same.
The planomiller (P) has two fixed columns anchored to the foundation and a moving table for the X axis. The gantry (G) moves over the floor plate. Both come with a fixed crossrail or with a crossrail that moves vertically on preloaded hydrostatic guideways (W axis). The G-U gantry runs its crossrail on upper guideways and has a full enclosure for chips and coolant.
Across the line the spindle gives 40 to 60 kW, 1200 to 2500 Nm and 4000 to 6000 rpm, with a C axis for continuous positioning and working. Ram travel is 1250 to 2000 mm.
In the Hybrid version, linear guides on the X and Y axes are combined with a high-rigidity hydrostatic ram for stability and vibration damping. Standard and customized attachment heads, automatic head magazines and tool magazines are available.

Bridge-type planomiller with two fixed columns and a moving table. Table length 3000 to 8000 mm, X travel 4000 to 9000 mm.

Planomiller whose crossrail moves vertically along the columns on preloaded hydrostatic guideways, with 1500 to 2000 mm of W travel.

Gantry with a fixed crossrail on linear guideways for the ram carriage. X travel from 3000 to 15000+ mm. Also offered as G-W with a moving crossbeam.

Gantry whose crossrail travels on upper linear guideways with preloaded crossed-roller pads, inside a full enclosure. X travel 4000 to 16000+ mm.
The official page describes a structure that suits many industrial sectors, with the G-U version aimed at lighter, high-speed materials.

The enclosed G-U version is suited to machining aluminium at high axis feeds.
The full G-U enclosure keeps chips and coolant inside when machining composites.
The official page lists superalloys among the materials suited to the G-U version.
Tables and floor plates up to 4000 mm wide and long X travels on the gantry versions take long workpieces.
