PARPAS DIAMOND is a line of high-accuracy 5-axis gantry machining centres with linear motors and a monobloc structure. DIAMOND 30, 15 and 10 suit high-speed roughing and finishing of complex parts and hard materials.

Overview
A monobloc gantry line with linear and torque motors
The DIAMOND line covers 5-axis gantry machining centres designed for high-speed machining with volumetric accuracy, structural rigidity and repeatability, also on complex parts and hard materials. The structure is a monobloc with a gantry traverse, and the workpiece stays fixed.
Linear motors drive the linear axes and torque motors drive the rotary axes. The machines are effective in high-speed roughing and accurate in semi-finishing and finishing, and they are suitable for unmanned operation. Heads, CNC and tool magazine can be customized while the strokes stay standard.
DIAMOND 30 offers 3,000 x 2,600 x 1,200 to 1,400 mm travels, DIAMOND 15 offers 1,500 x 2,600 x 1,200 to 1,400 mm and DIAMOND 10 offers 1,500 x 2,200 x 1,000 mm. All three reach 60,000 mm/min feeds and a spindle of up to 78 kW, 220 Nm and 36,000 rpm, with the AVIO 80 fork head and the TOE 5-axis orthogonal head available.
