Atlas Hydro SP, planomiller
Fixed portal with two columns anchored on levelling jacks and a single or double moving table. High-torque ram head with integrated C axis, well suited to manganese steel frogs.
Innse-Berardi Atlas Hydro S is a line of vertical portal milling machines for railway and tramway parts: rails, switches and frogs in highly alloyed steels. SP planomiller and SG gantry versions are offered.

Atlas Hydro S is the Innse-Berardi line of vertical portal milling machines for the railway and tramway sector. It machines rails, switches and frogs made of highly alloyed materials with high productivity.
Both versions follow the Flexible Design Concept, which keeps core components the same across layouts. The X axis runs on hydrostatic guideways under the portal or the working table, while the Y and Z axes use preloaded roller pads and anti-friction materials for precision and low vibration.
A double ram configuration machines with two heads at once, and a dual working zone or dual table allows pendulum machining. Parts are clamped mechanically, hydromechanically or magnetically, tools can be changed by an industrial robot, and a full enclosure for chip containment is optional.

Fixed portal with two columns anchored on levelling jacks and a single or double moving table. High-torque ram head with integrated C axis, well suited to manganese steel frogs.

Moving gantry with a fixed crossrail travelling on preloaded hydrostatic guideways. Ram head with integrated tilting spindle (A axis) for switches and tongues, for parts up to 25 m.
The machines are designed for track components made of highly alloyed steels.
