MicroStep MSF Pipe i15 - i25 is a series of laser tube cutting machines for large tubes. Three models cover round tubes from Ø 50 up to 650 mm, with 6, 12 or 20 kW, three chucks and automatic loading and unloading.

Overview
Three sizes for large tubes
The MSF Pipe i15 - i25 series cuts large round and square tubes and can also process open profiles. All three models use a 3-chuck system that leaves 0 mm residue, with automatic loading and unloading and loading lengths of 7, 9, 12 or 15 m on both sides.
The i15 takes round tubes from Ø 50 to 360 mm and square tubes from 50 x 50 to 350 x 350 mm. The i20 takes round tubes from Ø 50 to 500 mm and square tubes up to 500 x 500 mm, or up to 350 x 350 mm with the round chuck. The i25 takes round tubes from Ø 100 to 650 mm and square tubes from 100 x 100 to 450 x 450 mm.
Each model is available with 6, 12 or 20 kW of laser power and supports bevel cutting. The machine can be fully or partially covered, and it runs CyberFab Control and CyberFab CAM / mCAM.
