MicroStep MSF Flex Compact is a fully enclosed fiber laser cutting machine for 1500 x 3000 mm sheets. It gives workshops professional laser cutting of steel, stainless steel, aluminium and copper in a small footprint.

Overview

Laser cutting sized for the space you have

The MSF Flex Compact is built for manufacturers who want professional laser cutting and safe operation without a large production footprint. It is designed for standard 1500 x 3000 mm sheets and cuts carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and other metals.

The machine uses an enclosed single-table layout, a welded frame for stability, and servo drives with precision motion components for accuracy. The table moves in and out by motor, and the machine runs CyberFab Control and CyberFab CAM.

Typical work includes single parts, short batches and everyday workshop components. Bringing this cutting in-house reduces the need for subcontractors and shortens lead times, which suits companies starting with laser cutting or adding internal capacity.
