Overview
A first step into professional laser cutting
The MSF Flex is a fiber laser cutting machine for efficient 2D sheet processing. It is aimed at workshops that want to bring cutting in-house without the complexity of a fully automated line, whether they are replacing conventional cutting, adding capacity or starting with laser processing.
Its integrated exchange table lets one sheet be prepared outside the machine while another is cut, which reduces waiting time. The machine is easy to operate and built for stable work shift after shift, with up to 120 m/min positioning speed and cutting up to 40 mm.
The MSF Flex comes in 3 x 1.5 m, 4 x 2 m and 6 x 2 m sizes with 6, 12 or 20 kW. Options include the LU3K unit for camera calibration, capacitive sensor calibration and nozzle cleaning, an automatic nozzle changer with 8 nozzles, and a tower or loader. It runs CyberFab Control and CyberFab CAM.
