Overview
Five axes for complex metal parts
The LASO is a five-axis laser cutter for 3D shapes and flat plates, suited to mass production. Independent axes and a gantry dual-drive structure keep the machine stable.
X/Y/Z travel is 3000/1500/650 mm on the LASO3015, 4000/2000/650 mm on the LASO4020 and 6000/2000/650 mm on the LASO6020. Maximum speed is 100 m/min with 1G acceleration on the first two, and 80 m/min with 0.8G on the LASO6020.
An anti-collision device sits between the follower shaft and the cutting head, and the CNC control has its own anti-collision system. A fully sealed laser protection room with a light curtain protects the operator, and the page states that machine safety meets CE standards.
